A small product, built to solve a small but real problem.
SharedTasks started because the existing options were either too heavyweight — project-management tools designed for software teams — or too lightweight — a shared note that nobody updates. We built the in-between.

380 households, 42 sports clubs, 17 community boards joined the early-access list.

Principles
Small is on purpose.
We build for groups of two to fifty. The features that scale to a thousand are the features that ruin it for fifty.
No project-management vocabulary.
No epics, no sprints, no tickets. A task is a task. A list is a list. A reminder is a reminder.
Tasks should know who's doing them.
The single most useful question — "whose turn is it?" — should always have an obvious answer.
Don't be the noisy app.
Reminders are gentle and timezone-aware. We won't ping you at 6am because someone in another timezone ticked a box.
